Hillary’s Money Machine vs. Obama’s Money Machine

According to one AP Poll voters consider honesty and integrity the most important qualities they look for in a presidential candidate. The Washington Post reports yesterday that Hillary Clinton is now attacking Barack Obama’s honesty and integrity. One of Hillary’s problems with Obama (a cynic would say that Iowa polls showing Obama’s lead is the only real problem) is the fact he has raised money from the Washington’s PACs (Political Action Committee, kind of a supplement to lobbying). That platform is kind of funny, given Ms. Clinton’s legendary Money Machine efficiency.

Watching how much money those candidates are getting from interest groups I cannot help myself but to recall Meyer Rothschild’s words: “
Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes the laws!” His son, Nathan Rothschild echoed his father’s words when he stated: “I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England… The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire”.

Instead of listening them bicker over “integrity and honesty” I would like to see those candidates sewer ties with the special interest money thus proving that they are not just moneymen puppets but people with integrity and honesty indeed, people that put some verbs (actions) into their words and some meaning behind nouns like integrity and honesty.
